Two Changed Version 8.1 ODBC Driver Files

Two version 8.1 files, in the ODBC directory, have compile errors with the latest version of Visual C++. The corrected files follow. Note that the corrected files will not compile with some earlier versions of Visual C++. The correction is simply a cast, so if you are not experiencing compilation problems you do not need the corrected files.
